CNE – Creative Network Economy
My diploma thesis is titled “Creative Network Economy – Peer production transferred to the independent cultural field. Case: Produforum.” It is a qualitative study in which I interviewed 12 members of the Finnish-Swedish network Produforum analysing this data through qualitative content analysis based on Gläser/Laudel.
Produforum has been described as “the linux of culture” and my goal was to analyse whether it is as open as it claims to be regarding it’s “open source” philosophy and which challenges result from that.
